#### Nthroot

Function: nthroot (<p>, <n>) where p is a polynomial with integer coefficients and n is a positive integer returns q, a polynomial over the integers, such that q^n=p or prints an error message indicating that p is not a perfect nth power. This routine is much faster than `factor` or even `sqfr`.
