#### Fullmapl

Function: fullmapl (<f>, <list_1>, ...) Similar to `fullmap`, but `fullmapl` only maps onto lists and matrices.

Example:

```          (%i1) fullmapl ("+", [3, [4, 5]], [[a, 1], [0, -1.5]]);
(%o1)                [[a + 3, 4], [4, 3.5]]```
