Float

Function: float (<expr>) Converts integers, rational numbers and bigfloats in <expr> to floating point numbers. It is also an evflag, float causes non-integral rational numbers and bigfloat numbers to be converted to floating point.

par(a,b):=(a*b)/(a+b);
pd(t,b):=b/(t+b);
eq1:pd(1.5e6,par(Ra,1.5e6))=1/40;
solve([eq1],[Ra]);
