#### Ele2polynome

Function: ele2polynome (<L>, <z>) returns the polynomial in <z> s.t. the elementary symmetric functions of its roots are in the list `<L> = [<n>, <e_1>, ..., <e_n>]`, where <n> is the degree of the polynomial and <e_i> the <i>-th elementary symmetric function.
